Paula holds a degree in Human Resources with various certifications on the subject. She has more than 10 years of experience in Telecommunications, IT Consultancy and Automotive industries, working in companies such as Cablevisión – Fibertel, Telecom Argentina and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles.
She joined Certa in 2021 to lead the the People department from the Argentina, Spain, USA and Uruguay offices with a focus on the workforce experience.
Being the focal point for collaborators and managers in any Human Capital related issue.
She is in charge of:
- Searching and selection management process of saleforce profiles.
- Developing the human capital policies and programs to promote the business agile development.
- Working on the employer brand of the organization in a global and sustained manner.
- Being Product Owner in the internal human capital system based on Salesforce.
- Designing and implementing talent retention policies.
