Juan Pablo joined Certa Consulting in 2020 after a 20+ year career at Telefónica as Project Director in areas such as Digital Transformation, Business Process Reengineering, and Complex Systems Implementation (e.g.: BSS, Salesforce CRM).
His work experience is based on three pillars:
- Financial Controlling: Management information for decision-making in business monitoring and strategic planning. Business and financial/accounting vision.
- Project Management: Leadership of multi-country transformation projects with impact on processes and systems (Business system support).
- Commercial Planning: Development and planning of commercial management in the B2B segment.
He is a strong advocate for digital transformation in business processes and agile methodologies in project management.
