Shama Hashmi is the President of Nespon Solutions. Shama brings 20 years of IT industry experience to the role, including her work in MIS, networking, project management, telecom and software development.
At Nespon, Shama plays a collaborative role, across key operational areas, including staffing, customer service, sales support, and finance.
Shama is passionate about sharing knowledge, coaching and mentoring at every level of the company. She values the ability, for herself and everyone at Nespon, to balance work life with family and friends, particularly her three children and two pets. Her belief in honesty, hard work, and consistency is central to Nespon’s culture of intelligence with humility.
