Mr. Fazal is the CEO and Founder of Nespon Solutions. Throughout his 14 years of leadership at Nespon, he has proven to be a roll-up-your-sleeves type of leader.
He is not afraid to engage in technical calls with clients and help kick off engagements, while actively infusing the environment at Nespon with his values of family, drive, intelligence, humility, and success.
Throughout Mr. Fazal’s career, he has developed, trained, and managed high-performance teams of IT professionals, consistently delivering successful large-scale enterprise business solutions. Throughout, he has found that combining intelligence with the humility to listen and serve his clients’ long-term needs has been key to success. He has three college degrees – a BSME and two MSCS with honors.
